Is it difficult to transfer to NYU?

Transfer to Fordham LC or NYU?

Currently at Ramapo College of NJ, 3.6GPA, ALD honor society member, invited to other national honor society but declined, Highschool GPA was a 3.1 SAT scores don't matter since i have more than 32 college credits. They Are both in Manhattan they both have excellent history and political science departments if i was to go to NYU i would be a visiting student next semester than transfer in spring 2013 if i was to go to Fordham i would be applying for transfer to Fordham for this coming Fall (2012) i will be applying for PhD in History and Fordham has accelerated MA in History and NYU will allow me to take some Grad courses my Senior year. only let down of Fordham is a very small campus/ school in the city only let down from NYU is very unlikely to get good Fin Aid.
