CAN I STILL GET INTO A TOP COLLEGE (POSSIBLY IVY LEAGUE)?!?!?! PLEASE HELP!!!?

In my freshman year i got all A's and B's and my gpa was a 3.82 on a 4.5 scale sophomore year is almost over and my gpa currently is about a 3.84 on a 4.5 scale if i got all a's jr year and the last marking period of sophomore year (just an assumption) would there be a possibility of me getting into a top college in the US?? i did honors english freshman year, honors english II and honors US history sophomore year and jr year I'm doing ap history, and ap english jr year. I currently am involved with FCCLA, Drama, and French Club. I'm truly afraid of getting rejected from colleges when I apply. After watching my sister get accepted, into every one of the 10 selected colleges she applied to, it really freaked me out. If anyone has any tips to help me achieve higher grades and stay on task please feel free to answer, too.

ivy league - no, you are obviously pitiful academically top college - maybe if your dad's a professor there or something, but probably not

take as much AP/IB/honor classes as you can no matter the grades. selective colleges like those as well as community service. they will help you in even without a 4.5 gpa
