Graphic Design Colleges?

Does anyone of you now any Graphic Design Colleges who offer free scholarship for students based on their experiences? I am 18 looking for a college, no matter where, i have talent in graphic design (at least i think as I've proven myself as freelancer) and so here is my portfolio http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.169360519808055.42334.169356949808412&type=3 , do you think a college can get you with a free scholarship? i know it's kind of ridiculous but a friend of mine told me this?

i think RISD (Rhode Island School of Design) is the hottest one now I graduated from The Art Institute of Chicago and i am working in a packaging design firm for 3 years now. I freaking love my job other good school are American Academy of Art, Columbia College Pratt Parson

Rhode Island School of Design, Cranbrook Academy of Art, Carnegie Mellon U, and Parsons School of Design are all excellent choices. My cousin looked into graphic design and those were always recommended by college advisors.
