Yes! I'm in your same situation. I have been paying for webhosting monthly, and I just use prepaid gift cards(you can get them in any increment). Use a Visa prepaid, not American Express. Visa gift cards can trick online checkouts into thinking its a legit credit card, so it will go through the transaction. American Express cards will tell the checkout it is a gift card and most merchants wont accept it. OH, never use a debit card on the internet. If you do, you might see that your funds are depleted the next day because it is EXTREMELY insecure to use a debit card on the internet. All you need is a number to complete a transaction, unlike credit cards(with name, address, etc.)

Self loading card. Titanium Visa is one such card. If you go to a check cashing store, like where you get payday loans and such, they sometimes have self loading cards too. Easy and much wiser than getting credit cards which are a trap. If you have a Credit card with $5000 in debt on it and you pay only the minimum payment on it did you know it will take over 20 years to pay it off and in that time the company will have received its original 5000 back many times over. edit: because of the interest charged by the company. When you eventually get a credit card, don't use it unless you know you can pay off that amount within the month. Otherwise you will become trapped like so many other victims of credit.

I'm pretty sure it's called "something I just made up that doesn't exist". The only thing I can think of is get a bank account and a debit card. You would need a job, of course. PEople who don't have jobs don't get issued credit cards for the simple reason that they don't have any income.
