How do I get my item on eBay?

I purchased an item from Ebay as a guest and never received it. How do I get help?

    Hiya, if the only way to contact ebay is to get an account then thats what id do - infact why not do that and contact the seller? maybe he had no way of contacting you with an issue he had with the item. Looking at guest account form you had to give your email and address so once you got onto ebay it should be pretty straight forward and I would say ring Customer services but tbh you really need to get incontact with your seller first... Phone Number - Weird. That used to be the case but I have just opened a second ebay account just for buying and I didn't have to do this, try putting a fake number in for now and see how it goes? Afaird im at a loss as it didn't ask me to do this with my most recent ebay account...
