I get nervous and emotional really fast. i have a big school project and i feel really stressed , any help?

Answer:
Whenever you begin to feel panic, abandon whatever your doing. Put the pencil/computer/book/etc. down. Take a step back, close your eyes and take deep breaths. Count to 30 and try not to think of anything. If at the end of 30 you don't feel better, repeat until you do. This will help with momentary panic and stress building up.
