Why can't I order facebook credits?

I want to take a course of private lesson in how to advertise on facebook?

  • but cant open a facebook account. facebook blocked my old account because i failed to verify it since i dont have a cell phone. i asked my brother to verify it on his cell phone but he couldnt since the old account, although i cant access it, keeps interfering in some way. would it be presumptuous to ask the teacher, if i take a private lesson, to open the facebook's account with his cell phone? should he agree to that? because you cant learn how to advertise on facebook without an account, and it's even written in the explanation about the course that you have to have an active facebook account in order to attend.

    what you have written doesn't make any sense. i never had to use a mobile phone to verify face book account.... and why are you wanting to use it to advertise?
