How to remove a question in the ask question editor?

When and How the brain begins to ask questions?

• I tried to find answers in human physiology/neurology books but there was none. I saw you tube video of twins still not able to pronounce words but use intonation in the voice that is similar to the intonation of a question. Do we ask WHO, WHAT, WHEN, WHERE, WHY, WHICH, HOW before we have those words or before we begin to swap the position of the verbs and nouns to indicate question? So, what in the brain asks the questions? Does it happen before we can speak? How can we make a machine that asks sensible questions? Do we ask questions we do not put in words? There is a ancient school of philosophy that reasons/argues through asking questions and letting the opponent answer them. Is it not the ability to ask questions what makes us really humans? Maybe animals also ask questions? At what age questions begin to form? How they form in the brain? Perhaps a question is some sort of pain in the brain that the body is trying to remove? At least, can you give me links to the answer of the question? Again, How to make a machine that asks sensible questions? What is a sensible question for the brain? Why we elevate our voices at the end of a sequence of words intended as a question?
