Can anyone translate this to Spanish please?!?

  • Can anyone translate this to Spanish? 'I should be more nice (nicer) towards my parents but they can be very horrible and I used to get on well with my family but unfortunately I don't get on well with them. To lower the stress, maybe I can relax by listening to music' Preferably someone who can speak Spanish and not google translate plz! Thank you!
