I wear a padded bra, I sleep with it on sometimes, I massage my boobs and play with my nipples a lot. Is that bad? Will it not make them grow? What can i do to make them grow

Do not sleep with your bra on, your chest needs time to breath, which is while you sleep. If you leave your bra on while you sleep, it may hurt your chest. massaging them will not make them any bigger either, there is no scientific proof of that whatsoever. Definitely do NOT go on birth control, you are probably way too young. The only way your boobs can get bigger is by waiting or by eating more. Eating more can cause you to gain weight in other places as well, and you don't want to be overweight. Truly you have not mentioned naturally or medically. Naturally you can do it with massage, and most important if it is sucked. Thats why you see breast feeding mother grow with breast size. Also there are some jell available in market which you can apply to your breast. No need to be so sexual in order to grow you breast...but rather be active. Happy boobs grow!!
