What are signs of my first period coming soon?

  • I'm 14, a girl, and my sisters&mom got their period around 14... I was wondering if this is a hormonal mood swing.. so I have been really happy and energetic all day and I just decided to go on the trampoline and I couldn't do a back flip! I don't know why I couldn't I was getting mad cause I do them all the time! I tried a front flip & I could barely do that! Anyways I got really ticked off and then my sister wanted to come on & I asked her not to and I told her I'm trying to do a flip and I just broke down on the spot and jumped off the trampoline and ran inside stomping and when I got to my room I just bawled. was that from my period coming soon? Also Ive been told a few times in the past 2 weeks that I've been grumpy and different lately... I have 34A bra size,5'5", 114 lbs, clearish dischare for a year about, and I really want my period to come! I know I'll hate it once I get it but I hate being a "child" still when all my friends are "women" more.. So how will I know when my period is almost here and was this hormones? Or just frustration?

you might come soon, i didn't get any signs i was going to start, no pains, nothing. It will come when it will you cant rush it and periods are probably worse than sticking a fork in your eye (i haven't done it i am just saying it in comparison)
