Cosplay idea for 16 year old teenage girl?

  • I need an idea for a anime cosplay. I'm a somewhat pale, 5'6'' 16 year old girl with reddish blonde hair and blueish- green eyes. I'm not a fan of showing a lot of skin (no mini skirts- unless i wear shorts underneath). I am willing to wear color contacts and a wig. I'm also willing to buy a costume but nothing too expensive (since I have to pay for it by myself ^^) But no FMA, Black Butler, or Vocaloid. I have already cosplayed characters from those shows/bands already. I love anime! Any ideas or suggestions?
