Is lobster Farming Possible?

Aqua culture ( shrimp, prawn, lobster farming)?

• I am Engineer by Profession . However, at this stage i want to start my own business. I have heard a lot of Shrimp & Lobster farming. I wanted to get a brief feedback whether this is a profitable farming and what are the requirement/investment for it . I have 6000sqft of plot in Nashik , Maharashtra. My first preference would be to go for indoor hatchery in this 6000sqft rather than inland farming . Will it be possible? Which is the most profitable business in Aquaculture and what are the pre-requisite (finanace, land , climatic conditions,etc) . Also, i wanted to know whether somebody can provide me complete consultation from setting up the farm to sales.

  Check up with NABARD(Formerly Agricultural Refinance Corporation) and Fisheries Department. Also check up with Capt.J. B.Savant,Fisheries Consultant known worldwide, in his 80s. There is no one equal to him in the field .
