How to be a video games designer?

How can i inform a video game designer about my hunger games idea?

• my idea i think is really cool. you could go through the story mode and all that stuff with katniss or peeta or even the winners of the past games. but the real fun would be the multiplayer. you could make your own player and verse other players from around the world. you could play a quick mode where it is the initil blood baath and the arena would be open space. or you could get really really competitive and during the summer you could play in a complex arena and play all day and when you go to sleep your player goes to sleep or you could stay up and hunt like the careers. if you wanted to get in to all the design stuff you could design your own outfit and get sponsors and stuff but i think that game would be fun and i want somone to make a hunger games video game tht isnt just a katniss story mode.

  Wow, that DOES sound like a lot of fun! If you really want this to become a game, make a list of gaming companies you think have good games, type out your idea out in full detail and a formal letter to each company stating why you have contacted them (it can be short or long, doesn't matter), put them in a letter together addressed to each company and send them and hopefully, if all of the companies get your letter, you will get a response from them saying they will or won't try your idea. One might even invite you to the company to talk about it or e-mail you. Another good point: include your phone number (all if you have multiple) and email address in your letter, as well as a return address on the envelope and in the letter. VERY IMPORTANT!!!: write to the author of the Hunger Games about your idea and get her approval beforehand or you may be subject to lawsuit by her! Never take any risks and always ask for everyone's permission!
