Games don't save wood r4?

i just downloaded the latest wood r4 i used to have the old r4 firmware games didn't save before either but now games like new super mario bros don't work (it says save file cannot be read, save file cannot be accessed etc). The games don't create sav files, I don't have any sav files for any of the games do i need to download them and where can i get them?

sounds like your ROMs are broken. Try to download new ones off the site I use: romsite.com but some of the roms off it dont work so look around
