No Doz, caffeine pill?

Are No Doz caffeine pills safe? Last night me and my friends were having a sleepover and all took two and were really hyper all night! I have no health problems and am usually not allowed to drink caffeine (my mom is just a health freak) so maybe that's why I was so hyper since I took two pills. I have to work in an hour and am really sleepy, I want to take a No Doz, but if I do will I start getting a dependency to them?? Thanks! Don't judge me.

Caffeine is addictive, but not extremely so. No Doz has a LOT of caffeine in it though, not good for your brain. It will make you all scattered. Better to just listen to your body - try to get through work however you can and then have a loooooooong sleep afterwards. If you take another No Doz you might not sleep properly and it's just a nasty cycle to get into.

Yes you will start to get addicted but caffeine addiction is not that serious. No Doz is the same thing as coffee, eventually you will get a tolerance and need to take the pills just to fell normal.
