How can I display data in a listview?

How do I display the data of this experiment usefully for analysis?

• A study aimed to identify potential risk factors for severe gastric ulceration in thoroughbred racehorses was undertaken. One hundred and four cases with severe gastric ulceration were identified (according to a predefined and rigorously applied case definition) in four racehorse training yards. All horses in the same training yards that did not have severe gastric ulceration were used as controls for the study. We want to investigate the effects of the different stage of training (categorised as early training, full training, reduced training or not in training) on the occurrence of gastric ulceration. Of the case horses, 23 were in early training, 60 in full training, 14 were on a reduced training regimen and 7 were being box- rested because of injury (not in training). For the controls, these figures were 34, 108, 56 and 15 respectively. ... Display the data in a format suitable for further analyses. How do I display the data suitably? I did a table and put down all the data shown above and worked out the prevalence for each category, so for early trained horses 23/57 etc. But it doesn't seem to really be suitable because I still can't see the correlation between training and non-training seeing that they are ALL exposed :/ PLEASE HELPPPP
