hi..i want to know that what are the different types of methods or procedures like facials etc to improve skin tone?i am female 19 yr old..and my face skin tone is much darker than skin tone below the neck.and skin below the neck is fairer.can i get my face skin tone as fair as skin tone below the neck.what treat ments in beautyparlor are available fir that and howmany times in month should i go to beauty parlor..plz suggest me effevtive way..thank you!
