Job Interview for dental receptionist?

Receptionist getting Angry at me (First job Interview)?

• Okay so I had a job interview and on the day of the interview the HR recruiter told me that I will get a phone call either today or tomorrow. Three days passed so I decided to make a follow up call. After I finially reached the reciptionisted she told me that they are in the process of evaluating and will let me know. So I wasn't sure if that meant they will let me know if I got accepted or not at the same time I wanted them to let me know so for my future I would know what to avoid doing :) So she gave me a tougher tone/angry and told me I will give you advice this is not professional and you shouldn't keep calling back the office. She said that patience is key and was giving me advice in life. I told her I'm sorry I made her mad that is when her tone became friendly again. I'm just sad that she misunderstood me, I was calling back to clarify something for myself. I told her that after,but then she repeated the same sentence "that they are evaluating ...". Now I want to know is that a generic thing they say or do they actually do it? And is this going to affect them choosing me for the position? Thank you I would appreciate some advice as well :)

  she was telling you the truth i think maybe youre being too sensitive.at a job i had before they would pick through the applications of people who kept calling and bugging them and write a big N-O! on their application so other managers will know not to call them..if they want you they'll call you.but if you havent heard from them in a few days i would start looking somewhere else
