"Jericho" TV Show music PLEASE HELP!!!?

Actually Jericho where they're one of the last cities in the US, not the chris jericho or whatever. I'm not looking for a list of commercial songs used, but the original score!! so you know how in the end of most of the episodes, they have a slow piano and guitar song playing? THATS what im looking for!! One example is in S1 when they get back from the hospital with their dads meds....and they're like sitting there on the stairs and it plays!! PLEASE help its so beautiful i want to know where i can hear that music!!
