Nintendo DS will not charge or hold charge?

My Nintendo DS Lite won't charge? Is it broken or is the battery dying?

  • I've been having this problem for about a month now and the thing is that it WILL charge, but only for a few seconds to a few minutes and then the charging light will turn off before it's finished charging. The Nintendo DS will still turn on with the little battery power it's getting from these short charges, but I want to know if this is a problem with the actual DS or if the battery is just dying? I know it's not a problem with the charger because I've already tried buying another one and the same thing happens. I don't want to waste my money on a new battery if the problem is really the DS.

    The same thing happend to me a long...long time ago It's ur charger...just buy a new charger

Try buying a new charger,if the problem still occur,take the charger back bc it's your DS.. My daughter has one...
