What are some nice racing games for PC?

What are some decent racing games for PC?

• Something like Saints Row or GTA 4 or mainly racing games. I am thinking about Saints Row the 3rd but I am not sure how much of a pain it will be to install on my computer. I have just cause 2 and test drive unlimited 2 which are decent games. I am kind of looking for something that is more like race tracks mainly and more vehicles like american and import is cool to. I have played need for speed shift for PS 3 but since my PS 3 got the yellow light of death I was not able to play it so I want to get something for PC. I have played gran turismo real driving simulator but my PS 3 has died. if I can get something like that it would be cool.

  Need for Speed Most Wanted. Easily the best Need for Speed game, and one of the best racing games ever. Story can be a bit cliché, but if you want a racing story doesn't matter too much. Although you can't get out and run around like in GTA and Saints Row. You might want to try Mafia 2, it runs well on older systems too.
