How to play a game when the video card is not supported?

Have 2gb allocated video card but plays 512mb recomended games crappy?

• i have a video card with 2gb of allocated memory. i know that a dedicated video card is better but i would think the 2gb allocated card would be enough to play most games, some games that reccomend 512mb usually play verry slugish, got 4gb ram, 2.6 gh processor. another thing when i use system requirments lab.com to test my laptop for game compatibility when i run skyrim in i get this for my video card.
