Can I play PSP games from another country?

Hacked PSP won't play most ISOs & CSOs games?

• I got my hacked PSP from a friend, so I don't know how to update my PSP custom software or why some of my games don't work... atm, my PSP's custom system software is 3.52 M33 I don't know if it matters, but my PSP is the old original version, 1st gen I think... its really thick/fat I download all my ISO & CSO games via bit torrent from sites such as piratebay & isohunt. But only about half of the games work.. for example Plays perfect - Castlevania Dracula X.cso Plays perfect - Megaman Maverick Hunter X.cso Doesn't work - Little Big Planet.cso Plays perfect - Valkyrie Profile.iso Plays perfect - Final Fantasy Tactics.iso Doesn't work - Final Fantasy Dissidia.iso Doesn't work - Lunar Silver Star Harmony.iso When I try to play the games that aren't working, my PSP goes to a black screen and turns off... Is the reason these games aren't working because I have an unupdated custom software? or do I need to do something special to get these games working? Also, if I need to update my PSP, how do I go about doing that, is there a website someone can give me? Please help me figure out why I can't play these games! =( Thank you in advance!! ^^

  You need to update to a job and buy the games. They'll work just fine then.
