My Xbox live constantly disconnects?

I try to play MW3 and it disconnects me from Xbox Live then takes me back to the home screen?

• I try to play MW3 and it disconnects me from Xbox Live then takes me back to the home screen. How do I stop this, or even just play my game. It's really starting to piss me off a small bit I've been trying for about 15 minutes. And yes I've tried turning it on and off and taking the disc out and such.

  Many Solutions: 1) Turn off router for 30 seconds, turn back on 2) Increase Bandwidth by turning off all wireless electronics you are currently not using (IPods, Laptops) 3) Reset your Xbox to default factory settings (don't worry, it won't anything to your memory) 4) Make sure the Xbox is in a well ventilated area so it does not overheat. 5) Try reconnecting to your wireless network if you are using wireless. You should have your networking key written down somewhere. (It is required, so GET THAT BEFORE YOU DISCONNECT) 6) If you are still able to sign into Xbox Live but not able to play MW3 then you have a bandwidth or connection problem. If you have two Xbox's in the house running at the same time that can be hell for your bandwidth. Add in laptops and it can be just terrible.
