How To View Hidden Facebook Friends List?

If my facebook friends list is hidden can people still see if I add someone?

  no they won't see it if you add someone. but once the person you added accepted the request or if you accepted someone else's friend request, it will show in your wall. what you can do is just delete that update if you don't want anyone else to see it. usually it's too small people don't notice it because there are so many updates popping up in your way like every second.
