Why isn't my iPod letting me go on Facebook?

My Facebook For Ipod Is Faulty?

• I have had my Ipod Touch 4th Generation since January. It is working fine with the apps however the Facebook App I think its Faulty because: - When im scrolling down my news feed, every 10 mins or so it will close off and go back to the home screen? - When I lock my Ipod then get notifications coming through, I unlock go onto facebook and click the notifications Icon and my new notifiation isnt there. I scroll to update and it just wont come through so i then log out, but that usually doesnt work So i then have to use my laptop! - Finally, when i go onto my profile when i click my profile picture it comes up with it then closes down (like it does on my news feed) onto the main homescreen. I dont understand why it does this, as the rest of facebook works.I have dropped it a few times, but its just facebook that seems a problem. I just want a simple answer that could possibly tell me what the problem is and can it be helped. Thanks.

  Just delete it then redownload it. Although some of those issues you stated seem normal because the Facebook app has a lot of problems.
