How do I get more subscribers on YouTube?

Hello, I am a YouTuber currently on YouTube. I've uploaded videos but i'm not receiving much subscribers. I've been using YouTube for about 3 months already (Started using it on Jan 31 2012). Can anyone give some advise/suggestions on how I could get more YouTube subscribers? Look here, I searched for your channel and it says that you have 267 subscribers. My answer will be that if you upload more videos, the better subscribers you will see. Mostly, your videos are in Korean pop and more viewers are attracting it. So, try uploading more videos.
