Is google AdSense legit?

Important Question for Google Adsense ?? Trouble in Google Adsense...?

I had applied for adsense from my blogger EARNING tab, I have submitted all the required detail there but I have received two REPLY MAIL from ADSENSE TEAM in which they have mentioned that my account has been disapproved and also mentioned that resubmit the request but when i sign in to Adsense,it shows the following message. "An AdSense account does not exist for this login, as it is associated with an unapproved application. For more information about your application, please review the message we sent to the email address you provided with your application." And also does not allow me to resubmit details. How i will resubmit my application again? I request GOOGLE ADSENSE TEAM to kindly answer my question. My website is www.jobsinorissa.in
