How can I hook up my xbox360 to the Internet?

How can I connect my Xbox360 to the Internet at college?

• here is my situation my college internet is one of those where you have to login with your user name and password every time you open the internet. I thought hooking my Xbox360 up was going to be easy but it turns out i was wrong. i have my computer here and i tried bridging the connections and that wasn't working I have watched so many videos and read so many blogs about people who claim they have the same problem but they don't i also have my router here i thought maybe i could hook that up to my computer but that failed horribly if anyone could please help me I would very much Appreciate it!!!

  Depending on your computer, I went to a private college and we had to log in everytime. I had a Mac so what I did was use an Ethernet cord to plug up my Xbox to my computer then changed under system prefrences to shared network then had to go into the Xbox and changed the up address and all those little numbers manually look up on YouTube if you don't have a mac
