How to upload a GIF picture as a display picture on Hotmail?

I want an animated picture on hotmail. A display picture that moves :) (or GIF) but i tried uploading one as my display picture, and it just stayed still and non animated. How do I put an animated display picture on hotmail??? Can someone think of an easy way?

Answer:
You can't do that for Hotmail since you can only upload JPEG or PNG.... Good luck!
