Does anyone know how to get rid of a "file deleted by request of user" box on tumblr?

It says it's from imagehost.org but that website is closed down. my url is twist-the-truth.tumblr.com. pleaseee help me! It's very frustrating and I know it's probably from 1 picture but I have no idea which one it is!.

Tumblr is taking a break and I couldn't view this to see if all your graphics were showing. Maybe you can check it later. I did see the floater file you are talking about on your Tumblr though. Did you have any graphic in the sidebar or the header? That box looks totally separate from your blog. The only thing I can think of is to look at your customize and see if anything stands out. This happening shows a problem with these kinds of themes...regular themes show a link and info about the entry.
