Do you think Julie is a pretty name?

  • It's my friends name. Her middle name is Marie, first name Julie. I don't want to hear about you liking other names better like Juliet, JulieAnne, or anything. I just want to know if you think it's ugly..

    I realllllllly like Julie as a name I think it is realllllly cute and you could have nicknames to grow into if she wants one when she grows older. :) CUTE name!

Its an okay name, but its kind of obnoxious in my opinion. Just the fact that people nicknamed Julies as "Jules" or "Jewels" bothers me...it makes it sound arrogant. My opinion is probably just influenced by the fact that there is this girl in my school named Julie who I highly dislike...but I've also just never liked the name itself in general. Just my opinion though :P
