How do you make a face mask?

How to make a face mask out of stuff from your fridge?

  • is there anything you can make as a face mask, for any skin type for mostly moisturising your skin, or oily skin? Like if tried the egg mask facial, and its pretty good, but im willing to try anything :)

    Here's a list of some wonderful facial masque ingredients: Honey- moisturizing, soothing, exfoliating, healing. Avocado -moisturizing, calming, healing, Banana -moisturizing, soothing. Sweet potato -moisturizing, full of antioxidants, fights free radical damage, healing. Pumpkin -healing, moisturizing, full of Zinc, vitamins C, A, and E. Yogurt -exfoliating, moisturizing, lightening. Papaya -deeply exfoliating (skin peeling affect). Oatmeal -exfoliating, soothing. Wheat Germ -great for damaged skin, exfoliating, healing. These are just a few. You can mix them any way you like, or put them on your face separately. Of course, the wheat germ and oatmeal need to be mixed with yogurt, honey, etc... Also, if you enjoy making your own skin care products. I recommend two wonderful books filled with recipes. Return To Beauty, by Narine Nikogosian, and Organic Body Care Recipes by Stephanie Tourels. Blend uncooked oatmeal and some water to make it pasty, smooth it all over your face then let it dry and leave it for 10 mins then rinse off! Tightens your pores and gives you a smooth face:) Another one is to wet your face then get maybe a tablespoon of baking soda and mix it with water then pat it on your face, let dry 10 mins and rinse off. P.S. - try not to use these more than once a week they can dry out your face if you use them too often, Hope I helped!
