A pain on the left side of my chest/heart?

What could it be: pain pressure on left side and?

  • I have dull pain and mostly pressure on my left side and left side of back where my waist is. I don't have blood in urine. I don't have fever. They can't find anything in ct scan, ultrasound, or blood and urine test. The pressure almost feels like there is something sitting inside that are. But no physical lumps when examined. It feels like a distending pressure on just in that area a few minutes after drinking a cup of water or a four bites to eat. Also, I get a sharp pain 2-3 times a day in my left rib area as well as right at the top of my left hip bone and sometimes on the left pubic area side. But the pain and pressure is constant at my left waist ,left ribs, and left back. Doc says he don't know what it could be.
