What could cause a debilitating sudden pain in upper leg?

What is the cause of the pain in my right leg?

• For about a week now I have had this pain in my right leg (mostly felt near the bone, from my knee down but still all over my right leg). I can also feel the pain shoot up towards my right testicle and even into my very lower abdomen. Everything I have been doing is normal. I haven't done any weird excirsizes or fell.
