What to do when your back suddenly hurts?

What does it mean if the back of my head hurts when i look up left?

The back right side of my head, kinda near the top, seems to have a sharp pain if i look as far up and left as possible. It feels almost like something is being pulled when i do so, and its quite discomforting. The odd thing is nothing happens if i look up and right, down and right, or down and left, but only hurts when i look up and left. Does any one know what I'm talking about?

Sometimes wierd things like that happen to me too. I try to ignore them and they go away after about a day sometimes more. They're just odd unexplainable things lol.
