How is the Toefl IBT scored?

How's my TOEFL score?

I scored 98 in TOEFL ibt. Reading : 25 Speaking : 24 Listening :24 Writing : 25 I didn't do my best . I threw up in the morning and didn't have the chance to eat anything before the test. I was one of the supposedly LUCKY test takers who randomly got 5 readings rather than 3! I also got two extra listenings( pathetic isn't it?) But all and all what do you think of this score? ( I'm planning on retaking it)

Of course a score over 100 is considered a high one, but if things would go right for you I am pretty sure you could have make it.
