Romeo and Juliet party mask for the character Mercutio?

Okey dokey lokey! So I need to make a ball/party masquerade mask for Comp. & Lit. class that represent the character Mercutio fro the story Romeo and Juliet. How can I decorate this mask to really capture Mercutio's character? I'm really trying to go above and beyond with this assignment! Thanks ;)

I love the character Mercutio! I would go with a simple Italian comidia del'art mask of zani (with the long nose) but decorate it with simple alternating blue and green patterns.
