What is your favorite childhood memory? Why?

What has been your favorite childhood Memory?

• I know that many of us have favorite childhood memories of trips with their parents, or going to stay with Grandma. My Greatgrandmother was Dutch and she even wore the long dress with the lace cap. When my Mom let me visit her, I was amazed at how her little house had rooms that were all arranged so that you could go in one door to the next room and through another door to the other room, until you actually went in a complete circle of the main floor. One Grandmother only had boys and took us camping. My favorite Grandmother would dance with me caught up in her arms..(all skinny and 6 years old). Another time we had a tornado scare. Tell me your favorite memory!

  haha that's really cool. I will never forget the huge hangouts I used to have with the other neighborhood kids... we would have "picnics" each kid would bring something from their house, like a jar of pickles, cookies etc. and we would all share thus the picnic thing lol it was usually a day after we all swam in my pool! Also days off we would get for hurricanes and the hurricane didn't actually hit so it was free, nice windy day to hang out with them... also the day I got my dog for my 13th bday.... Siiigh I miss the 90s
