Is this a good airsoft gun?

http://www.airsoftmegastore.com/415_FPS_JG_GEN_4_Full_Metal_Gearbox_R36C_AEG_p/jg-6681.htm it looks like a god gun to me but i need some input. I cant go over 200 either so this is good because i have enough to afford the smart charger and bbs and probably afford the cpi insurance that airsoft megastore has. BTW how much would the insurance cost for this gun with the gun, bbs, smart charger, silicone oil Please help me as i want to get a good first airsoft gun
