Why is the skin under eyes so delicate?

Why do I have blue eyes, dark blonde hair and pale skin when...?

• My family Ive been told from my dad's side desend from Prussian Jewish, black, Spanish, Irish, Scottish, English and on my mum's English, Jewish (my nan said her one of her grandparent's was very dark, she first told me he was Jewish Spanish (his last name was 'Saville' I believe, then, just said he was Jewish, though, the others in her family arent Jewish as much as far as we know) My mum's side of the family are mostly blue eyes though they tan olive and darkish hair, my dad' side is mostly dark/tanned with brown eyes, though, one aunt on my dad's side has green eyes, and is abit pale and my dad is pale and has fair hair and blue eyes... Its so hard for me to tan but when I do, I go like a yellowish/Olive, though, again, its rare I tan, I have dark/dirty/fair blonde hair, as a kid, I was really blonde but then my hair when really dark brown now its changed again and some people say my eyes are green/blue and grey/blue...I have the 'Jewish'..So, how comes Im so pale with blue eyes when the rest of my family are atleast slightly tanned (I even have the 'Jewish nose', so why did it the other things skip me?!)

  Yes, genes can skip multiple generations, for example my great grandfather had red hair and green eyes, I have black hair and green eyes but my brother has red hair and brown eyes. You take genes from 50% of mother and father, and your mother and father take 50% from their parents, and so on and so forth :)
