How do you get an animated profile picture on Y!A?

I know that if you upload a picture to your profile, it has to be .jpg or .png, so how can you make it animated? I also used a website to change a .gif to .png, but then it stopped moving and whatnot.

You have to upload the giff to Twitter then link your Twitter account to Yahoo Answers. But last I heard Twitter banned the use of a giff, but that was over a year ago.
