How can can i connect on msn from an other website?

Why can't I connect onto a website?

  • Everyday I use the website hehechat.com. Today, when trying to log on, it would say 'Connection rejected. error #0. What does this mean and how do I fix it? At first I thought it was maybe a problem with the website itself, but then I went on downforeveryoneorjustme.com, a website that tells you whether a website is not working just for you or for everyone, and the website said that the website was only down for me. Therefore I tried accessing it from another computer and it still didn't work, maybe this is because it's the same wifi? Does anyone know how to fix this problem so that I can access the website like usual?

    mines doing the same thing, its not just you. theyve been changing the site alot, it might just be them working on it today
