Why can't I send email?

Why cant I send an email? Please Help!!?

  • I am trying to send an email to about 14 people at the same time but yahoo is saying i cannot send this email because of suspicious activity when all im trying to do is send an email.

    There are a few things you can do which might help : Make sure your browser is updated to the latest updates and has the latest version of Adobe Flash player plug-in. You can also clear the browsing history by pressing control,shift & delete together. This works for both Internet Explorer & Firefox.Can also work for Chrome as well. Try another web browser to what your using this might help. You can also access Yahoo mail on your mobile phone if you have one. It's a fast,reliable and efficient way to using yahoo mail. Data needs to be in the phone otherwise it will use the credit in the phone contract or prepaid plan. Hope that helps you,Tidus

Getting a suspicious activity message means that Yahoo is suspecting your account of sending spam. Try sending with less contacts and see if that works. Yahoo has been trying to crack down on spam. If you continue, Yahoo will lock your account then it's next to impossible to use it again. This has also been happening to many at this time while Yahoo has been working on the sites. Hopefully it will end soon.

yea, Yahoo is being all screwy with trying to sign into the e-mail section. It keeps asking you to verify your password and the mail section can't be accessed. I reset my password and I changed it but it seems it is that Yahoo has a problem and it is annoying. And LOTS of other people here have the same problem. every now and then, Yahoo does the suspicious activity thing too and I wait for a while and try again to send email. That is another problem with Yahoo.

Yahoo will be Yahoo. That's why I don't use their mail I prefer Gmail. I'm not sure there's a way you can get help with this, just contact customer support somehow.
