What is a troll to you?

• Well what is your version of a troll. Sometimes i get accused for being a troll just for saying a question like. Did anyone hear about that Earthquake or something. Something that is already true and can be proven by a search from google.So what do you call a troll. Personally i call a troll some on who makes jokes out of something that is serious. Such as I saw a question saying some ones grandad had raped them and people making up a story saying their brother raped them and killed their parents. Stuff that is like beyond funny. Obviously it would be on the news if that happened. I would love your opinions and thanks

  Its not trolling if like you've been accused of being of in the past for simply stating a perfectly straightforward solution to a reasonable question (Googling is a far more logical and slightly trustworthy sometimes than here as it directs you to trusted sources whereas here it's more hearsay, paid spammer links and point jockeys) True trolls (like the individuals mentioned in the media twisted cowards who post bile and hate) generally exist in certain sections or around particular topics gender studies,religion,mental health and social sciences are favourites. It's also worth mentioning timing as i've found the more graphic ones tend to surface later in the evening (uk time) which incidentally is morning in several time zones in america where probably the majority of trolls reside and actively seek out questions.
