Using True-crypt to encrypt document and send through email (how????)?

hi i am having hard time trying to understand how to use true crypt to send encrypted documents through email. is that possible, if yes can anyone please take me step by step i know how to create volume > AES > password > mounting volume. But, then how do i encrypt my word document. And then how do i send that encrypted document through email so that another person can open document with my secret password on another computer? please help, thanks

Answer:
You cannot send a TrueCrypt folder. If you want to send an encrypted folder, use Winzip or WinRAR. If you only want to send an encrypted Word document, why not just lock it from the Word program? You are making things so difficult.
