Do you have to live in LA or NYC to be represented by modeling/talent agencies there?
-
I just wanted to know about whether location matters when it comes to being represented by a model/talent agency. Let's say you want to model and do some auditions in New York or Los Angeles but you live in Ohio or even Michigan, would they sign you. And what about major international agencies. Could your location be a huge major factor. Please anyone help.

Answer:
Well, the top agencies are in LA and NYC and most of them are international. This is a good question, I've never thought of this before. I hear this a lot "if you aren't where the market/agency is, you won't get work" or something like that. So i suggest you find an agency to where you live and start off there. I'm no expert on this but good luck!
