Use eyeliner on the top, not bottom, and if you do put it on the bottom, only line it 1/2 way. use white eyeliner or gold eyeliner on the bottom and in the inner corners and tear ducts of your eyes. use a really volumizing mascara, white on your water line and don't wear a lot but still some on bottom. (and try not to wear dark eye shadow)
