Hello everyone I am a young Italian boy of 18 who has just moved to the United States for reasons of work.?

Il dream I've had since I was 13 was to enter into the Italian army, but now I can no longer enter Italian army because I moved here, can you tell me how many chances I try to join the Marines? But the Marines have access to selections of the navy seals? I hope you answer me as best you can, and forgive me if I misspelled a word but I've only been here 2 weeks and I was still difficult to speak and write English.

Answer:
if you have a greencard you can join the marines. If you don't have a greencard you can't. Since you are 18 you are an adult and if you have the money for a plane ticket you can hop onto a plane and join the Italian army. Nobody can force you to stay in the US if you don't want to. If you have a dependent visa and not a greencard, you'll need to return home when you turn 21 anyway.

How did you "move" to the US? You cannot move to the US unless you were sponsored for immigration and received your immigration visa. Who sponsored you? If you arrived 2 weeks ago on an immigration visa, you still don't have your green card. Only US citizens & legal permanent residents with a valid current green card can enlist in the military. Did you hop on a plane using visa waiver privileges for Italian citizens? You cannot work, look for work, or do anything which indicates intent to remain. Visa waiver is solely for the purpose of tourism, vacation. If you do not return to Italy on time, you will be barred from ever using visa waiver ever again, and you would have to apply for a visa. But your record of visa violations would always be against you, and you'd probably never get another visa of any kind as long as you live. What's the real deal here? How did you enter the US, and what is your status?

How did you move here at age 18 for reasons of work? You certainly don't have the education or skills to get a work visa. If you do not have a green card, you cannot join the military. Since you did not state how you "moved" to the US and what your status is, your question can't really be answered.

you are too young to get a work visa in the US and you need to have a green card to join the marines at 18 there is nothing to stop you returning to Italy

Go talk to a marine recruiter.
